Terms

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms cover the Listmoth desk: listing drafts and price ranges you paste yourself. They are plain language. They do not name a company, an address, or a court.

The service

Listmoth drafts a listing and a price range. You copy them into the shops you already use. Exports are copy/paste only and never autopost. Listmoth is not affiliated with any marketplace and does not give selling or financial advice. You decide what to post and what to charge.

Accounts

Sign-in is through Clerk. You are responsible for what happens on that account, including drafts created there and a Pro subscription started there.

Acceptable use

Upload photos and notes only for items you have the right to list. Do not use Listmoth to post on a marketplace for you, to overload or probe the service, or to send junk through feedback or the waitlist. Do not take data that is not yours.

Free, Pro, and beta

Free is 5 drafts in a UTC calendar month. A successful invite adds 3 drafts that month for the inviter and for the new account. Pro is $12 a month through Stripe and lifts that monthly draft cap. Both plans use the same export packs.

Beta Pro is free for 90 days from the day the claim is granted. After that instant the account is Free again, with the normal draft cap, unless you pay for Pro through Stripe. The public page shows how many spots are left. It does not show the internal cap.

Drafts and prices

Listing text can be wrong. Price ranges come from SoldComps when that lookup works, and from a local stand-in when it does not. They are estimates, not a guaranteed sale price. Read the draft before you paste it.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will stay up, that a draft will be accurate, or that an item will sell.

Limit on liability

You are responsible for what you paste and the price you set. Listmoth is not liable for a lost sale, a wrong price, a marketplace decision, or other loss that follows from using a draft. This is a plain-language limit. It is not a choice of court and it is not a dollar cap.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the version in effect. If you keep using Listmoth after that date changes, you are using it under the updated terms.
